General Questions

We do offer limited phone support. Please keep a few things in mind however.

– Orders may not be placed over the phone since every purchase must be accompanied by an agreement to our terms of service.

– Phone support hours are M – F from 10:00 am until 2:00 PM. If you wish to call out side of these hours then feel free to do so. Leave us a message and one of our staff members would be happy to return your call. Our phone number is 877-Loti-Lab.

We consider a bulk purchase to be ordering 50 or more of a single product. If this sounds like what you need then please contact us and we would be happy to get you a price quote.

Payments

Unfortunately, Cash App and Venmo are no longer options for us to use as payment methods.

We currently offer payments through Max Redemption (USA Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card) and crypto (BTC). We also have an ACH payment option coming soon.

Absolutely! We accept credit cards through Max Redemption. Max Redemption is a secure payment option that accepts USA Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. New Max Redemption users will be prompted to create a new account during this process. There is a  small fee that’s added when using Max Redemption, and we automatically apply a 5% discount to your order when paying with Max Redemption to offset most of this fee.

Paypal and Western Union are unfortunately not payment methods we’re able to accept. We recommend using Max Redemption to seamlessly and securely pay for your order. 

Ordering

Please send an email to [email protected] and we would be happy to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot place the order for you, but we can give further explanations and detailed instructions to guide you through the ordering process. The only time an order can’t be placed is if you have been banned for a violation of our terms of service. If this is the case you will see a message when trying to order or log into your account.

Shipping addresses and billing addresses may be different. However, for larger orders, we may ask for verification of your order as a fraud prevention measure.

To enter separate shipping and billing addresses, you do so on the checkout page. Enter the desired shipping address in the top section. As you scroll down, you will see a checked box labeled “my shipping and billing addresses are the same.” Uncheck that box, edit the billing address, and update the order.

Shipping

USPS offers some guidelines as to what time frames we can expect mail to be delivered within. Loti Labs cannot guarantee these delivery times as once your shipment leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of USPS to uphold their own delivery times.

First Class Mail 3-8 business days

Priority Mail 2-3 Business days

Express Mail 1-2 Business Days (Often Overnight)

All orders placed with Loti Labs are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Florida, USA.

For USA Domestic Orders we offer the following shipping methods:

USPS First Class (3-8 business days to arrive on average)

USPS Priority (2-3 business days to arrive on average)

USPS Express (1-2 business days to arrive on average)

USPS Express can be an overnight option but USPS does not guarantee that it will arrive next day. We will get your order to the post office before 2pm EST to give them plenty of time to get it to you next day. However we also cannot guarantee any shipping times that are in the control of USPS.

 

All international Orders are shipped USPS Priority Express International. Delivery times vary but 7-10 business days is the average we typically see.

Absolutely! We are happy to ship our products anywhere that you are located. Here are some things to keep in mind, however, when ordering internationally.

1) We are limited on the payment options that we can accept outside of the USA. Currently only cryptocurrency (BTC) is accepted. 

2) You as the customer are required to understand the import laws of your country prior to ordering. If your order is not allowed entry into you country then please make sure that they return the items to us. In this case we will issue you a refund minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

At this time we exclusively ship with USPS. 

If you purchased the Route Shipping Protection, when you placed your order you were sent an email from Route which included a Route specific tracking ID. Visit https://route.com and file a claim. Be sure to fill in all necessary information and a representative will get back to you quickly to get your claim resolved. If you need any assistance with this process please don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected] 

Route shipping protection can be likened to a shipping insurance. However, it is much more than that. For a small fee, Route will ensure that if USPS messes up in any way (loses your package, breaks your items or many other incidents) Route will either refund or repurchase your order from us to have it reshipped to you. Route has a dedicated team of professionals and we enable Route protection by default on all orders.

Refunds and Returns

Product Information

Depending on the product, the average shelf life of our liquid products is 12-18 months when kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Depending on the chemical properties of a given product, some of our research liquids are suspensions, and some are solutions (fully dissolved). Examples of products that are solutions (fully dissolvable) are SARMs, GW501516, and MK-677. The rest of our research liquids are suspensions. Suspensions should be shaken vigorously prior to research.

Loti Labs cannot and will not advise on anything specific to your research, including administration. Please familiarize yourself with any research materials prior to ordering. We use two primary manufacturers. One is located in the North Eastern United States and the other is Located in Toronto Canada. Each of them manufactures under strict conditions and all products are third party tested to ensure purity and the proper amino structure.

Loti Labs cannot and will not ever give advice that is specific to your research. This includes advising on how to reconstitute peptides. Everyone who purchases from us agrees that they are a qualified researcher that knows how to handle the products they are purchasing.

No, the products that we sell are for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are NEVER to be used for any type of human or veterinary use.

Lyophilized peptides are made to remain stable in room temperatures for up to 4 weeks or more prior to reconstitution. Once received, peptides should be stored in refrigeration and will remain for 1-2 years on average.

Once a peptide has been reconstituted it must be refrigerated and will remain stable for 2-4 weeks depending upon handling.
