WHAT IS CLENBUTEROL?

Clenbuterol is a long-acting adrenergic beta-2 receptor agonist associated with increased skeletal muscle growth in certain mammals. Clenbuterol for sale is available in liquid form at a concentration of 200mcg per ml at Loti Labs as analytical and research materials.

In research studies, it may increase protein deposition and lipolysis in animal test subjects.

Although it resembles salbutamol and epinephrine, the effects provided by clenbuterol are more pronounced and long-lasting.

At Loti Labs, we pride ourselves on stocking high-quality research chemicals. Buy clenbuterol for sale for research purposes only and not for human consumption.

WHAT IS CLENBUTEROL?

Clenbuterol is a compound that belongs to a class of beta-2 agonists. It is a sympathomimetic amine and is most commonly available as clenbuterol hydrochloride.

The compound is also known as Spiropent, Dilaterol, and Ventipulmin. Even though it resembles salbutamol and epinephrine, its results are more pronounced and long-lasting.

STRUCTURE OF CLENBUTEROL

Molecular formula: C12H18Cl2N2O

Molecular weight: 277.19g/mol

CAS number: 37148-27-9

IUPAC name: 1-(4-amino-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-2-(tert-butylamino)ethanol

MECHANISM OF ACTION

Clenbuterol is a substituted phenylaminoethanol that has beta-2 adrenomimetic properties at very low concentrations. It is similar in some structural respects to salbutamol. Agonism of the beta(2) receptor stimulates adenylyl cyclase activity, which leads to smooth muscle relaxation in the bronchioles.

It also promotes cardiac recovery in test subjects with left ventricular assist devices based on viable research studies.

Aging decreases skeletal muscle mass and strength. Clenbuterol, a muscle anabolic β2-adrenergic agonist, has reduced or restored skeletal muscle losses in experimental catabolic states.

Based on research in test subjects, clenbuterol’s excretion out of the body is via urine. For example, when degraded, the compound gets converted to clenbuterol hydroxylamine and NO2-Clenbuterol metabolites via N-oxidation. Research shows that clenbuterol has a half-life of 26 hours and is detected in the blood after 48 hours of administration to test subjects.

CLENBUTEROL EFFECTS

Clenbuterol animal research has shown that it works by increasing the production of noradrenaline and epinephrine, leading to the effects listed below:

  • It causes bronchodilation and decongestion in the upper respiratory tract of animal test subjects.
  • It causes increased energy.
  • Increased lipolysis (fat oxidation).
  • It is effective in inducing weight loss by increasing body metabolism.
  • It also helps in enhancing body strength and retaining muscle mass.

CLENBUTEROL SIDE EFFECTS

Various animal-based findings have revealed that clenbuterol in high doses can lead to

  • Anxiety
  • Increased heart rate
  • Rapid breathing
  • Chest pain
  • Tremors
  • Heart palpitations
  • Electrolyte imbalance
