We are constantly striving to add new payment options to our website. For now we offer payments in Credit Cards (Through Sezzle),E-check and Cryptocurrency. If you have another way that you would like to pay (Venmo, Cashapp etc..) please send an email to service@lotilabs.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping addresses and billing addresses may be different. However on occasion, for larger orders, we may ask for verification of your order as a fraud prevention measure.

Yes we do! However there are some restrictions on international orders. International orders currently must be paid using cryptocurrency such as bitcoin or ethereum. We hope to change this very soon and open up credit card payments to our international client base. Unfortunately due to changing international regulations we are unable to guarantee delivery of international orders. Please familiarize yourself with the import regulations of your country prior to ordering.

We ship all orders same day if they are placed before 12:00pm EST. All orders over $59 are given the option of free first class shipping through USPS (3-5 business days) We also offer USPS priority mail option for a fee.

If you are in a hurry or need your package quickly we recommend choosing the priority mail shipping option as they normally arrive in 1-3 business days.

Every order is provided a tracking number upon shipment. Simply visit www.usps.com and input your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking information to display in the USPS system.

Loti Labs uses the highest level of server and browser encryption to ensure that your data is safe in transmission. Credit card information is never stored on our servers and is never seen by any of our staff.

None of the products sold by Loti Labs are for human consumption. Every purchaser is assumed to be a person qualified to handle such items. If at any time we are provided information which states that you have intentions of using the products that we sell in a manner other than which they are intended we will deny your order and add you to our no-sell list.
If you are not a qualified researcher please do not purchase from us.

The research liquids that we sell have a shelf life of 18 months provided they are kept in room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

None of the packages that we ship look any different from any other package. Nor do they have anything identifying the contents within.

If you need to change order information (such as shipping address or items ordered) then please send an email to service@lotilabs.com and we will make any needed changes up until the time that the package leaves our shipping center. After the package leaves our center we are unable to make any changes.
