Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise stated

Our fulfillment center processes orders Monday through Friday. All orders that come in before 12pm EST will be shipped out same day. Orders after 12pm EST will go out the following business day. You will receive an email with detailed tracking information once your order is processed and shipped. Please allow time for the tracking number to register with USPS before checking.

**Larger orders paid by E-check will be held until the check fully clears our bank. This process takes roughly 5 business days.**

Orders generally arrive within the continental USA within 3-5 business days or less. We will always honor our same day shipping policy however we obviously have no control over the speed of the USPS. Please allow adequate time for them to get your package to you.

All orders over $59 (USA Only) come with FREE First-Class shipping with an option to upgrade to Priority shipping at an additional cost.

  • First class shipping 3-5 business days to arrive (Approximately)
  • Priority shipping is 2-4 business days to arrive

Each order is fulfilled and triple checked for accuracy, then securely packaged to ensure that your complete order arrives in perfect condition.

Mistakes can happen though (We are human) so if you feel as though we made an error on our end don’t hesitate to let us know and we will immediately make it right.

We are happy to ship internationally however there are some restrictions on international orders. International orders must be paid using bank wire or cryptocurrency such as bitcoin or ethereum. Unfortunately due to changing international regulations we are unable to guarantee delivery of international orders. If an order is stopped at customs and returned to us then we will refund the order minus a 30% restocking fee and shipping.


Returns Policy

We offer an industry leading returns policy to ensure that you are always satisfied.

If at any time you feel as though you have received a product that was anything less than excellent we would be happy to refund you for the left-over products in your order.

Send an email to our support department through our contact form and we will refund the purchase price of any unused and unopened product that you return back to us.


Cancellation Policy

We are happy to cancel any orders which have yet to leave our warehouse. Simply send an email to our support department and we will happily cancel the order and refund your payment.

If an order has already left our warehouse we are unable to refund the order until it has been returned to us. In this instance we will only be able to refund the order less any shipping paid.


Incorrect orders

If you placed an order that has incorrect information then please send an email to service@lotilabs.com and we will gladly change it for you assuming it has not yet left our shipping facility.

Support tickets and changes to orders are handled prior to shipping each morning so as to make sure we catch any changes that need to be made before they are shipped.

If an order has already shipped then we are unable to retrieve it.


Chargeback policy

Loti Labs works hard to keep a stellar reputation with our merchant processors to offer you the ease that comes with the ability to pay with your credit or debit cards. Chargebacks (the action of calling your bank to chargeback the amount paid) greatly hurts our merchant relationships.

With all of the policies we have in place there should never be a reason for anyone to chargeback with their bank. If this happens we will consider this to be fraud and will pursue any possible legal action to remedy the situation.
